I guess it wouldn't hurt. But I wouldn't take the chance because the fish just might only take the worm depending on how how long it is. Daredevils are good ones for pike and muskie. They do have attractants spay for lures.

```good catchin```
No, you dont need to. But it does give more action the the bait, and it make the lure look more enticing...(plastic Worm)
The intent of lures is not to use bait to catch fish, however it is somewhat common to put a worm on the spoon if your trolling it behind a boat...it will affect the swim of the lure. scent attractants or other things can be added with varing sucess.
Give it a try.
Normally not. The sparkle of the sunlight glinting off the spoon is what attracts the fish. Make sure it's free to spin as it goes through the water, and retrieve it fast and then slow so it will "dance".
the only time I tip spoons with live bait is when ice fishing. You won't need live bait when using minnow imitators or spoons.
Jigs are the only thing I tip with live bait.
No, if you use a worm on it, you are defeating the purpose of fishing with a lure, plus it may interfere with the action of the spoon. rendering it ineffective as a lure.
